Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via standard ground service unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. Please note that ground shipping services do not guarantee delivery dates. If you require a specific in-hand date, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option that includes a delivery guarantee.

Customers are responsible for planning ahead and allowing sufficient time for both production and shipping.

Return & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a product defect or if the final printed product differs from the approved production proof, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

• Claims must be submitted within 10 calendar days of receiving your order
• After 10 days, orders are no longer eligible for replacement or refund
• All artwork must be carefully reviewed prior to approval

Once a production proof has been approved, GolfShopWholesale.com is not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, or design.

Production and shipping times may vary. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by GolfShopWholesale.com.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled prior to approval of the production proof.

Once a production proof has been approved:

• The order enters production immediately
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified

Rush orders may not be eligible for cancellation, even prior to proof approval. Please confirm with customer service before placing a rush order.

Manufacturer Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or negligence
• Lost or stolen items
• Artwork errors after proof approval

A valid receipt is required. Warranty claims are valid within the United States only. Product features, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
