We work with a wide variety of file types, but certain printing methods require specific formats to ensure the highest quality results.

Preferred File Type: Vector Artwork

Vector files are the gold standard for printing and include:

• .AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• .EPS
• .PDF (vector-based)

Vector artwork is created using mathematical paths, allowing it to scale to any size without losing quality. This format is required for most printing methods, including:

• Screen printing
• Pad printing
• Embroidery
• Engraving / die striking

Vector files are ideal for logos and can be used across all product types.

Raster Files (Limited Use)

Raster files include:

• .JPG
• .PNG
• .TIFF

These files are made up of pixels and may lose quality when resized. They are best suited for:

• Photographs
• Full-color designs

Some products and printing methods can accommodate raster files, but quality will depend on resolution.

Artwork Assistance

If you don’t have the correct file format, no problem. We can:

• Convert raster files to vector format
• Rebuild or clean up artwork

A nominal design fee may apply depending on complexity.

Proof Approval Policy

All orders include a production proof for approval prior to printing.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs
• GolfShopWholesale.com is not responsible for errors (spelling, design, layout, etc.) after proof approval

Once approved, your order will move directly into production.

Artwork Quality Disclaimer

High-quality printing requires high-quality artwork.

• Poor or low-resolution files may result in subpar print quality
• We are not responsible for print issues caused by low-quality artwork provided by the customer
• If artwork quality is questionable, we recommend addressing it before proof approval

If needed, our team will advise you on the best solution to ensure optimal results.

Setup & Design Fees

Some printing methods require setup tools such as screens or dies.

• These may include standard setup fees
• Complex artwork or custom design work may incur design fees

We do not mark up setup fees—they are a standard part of the printing process.

Artwork Storage

Your artwork is securely stored in your account and in our system for future use. This allows for:

• Faster reorders
• Consistent branding across all products

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• The product has a defect
• The final product differs from the approved proof

Return Guidelines

• Claims must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your order
• After 10 days, orders are no longer eligible for return or replacement
• Approved proofs are considered final—errors after approval are the customer’s responsibility

Production and shipping delays can occur. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

GolfShopWholesale.com is not responsible for late deliveries unless a guaranteed delivery date has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
